Personal Training in Winchester

We start with a FREE informal consultation so that I can better understand your needs and how I can help you.

It's important at this stage that you feel comfortable with me and feel that we would work well together.

We will then assess your current level of fitness (we all start somewhere!) and come up with some realistic and achievable goals to work towards.

We are all unique and have very different bodies and needs. I will listen to you and work with you in whatever way suits you best.

  • Step 1: Consultation
    • This is a no-obligation informal chat to discuss what you would like to achieve and how I can help.
    • Gives you an opportunity to ask any questions and to ensure I will be a good fit for you.
    • If you would like to proceed then we can arrange a start date.
  • Step 2: Fitness Assessment
    • For your first session I will assess your current health and fitness to get a good understanding of where we are starting from.
    • This is nothing to be embarrassed about, I assume everybody is a complete beginner and we will go at your level. We all start somewhere!
  • Step 3: Goal Setting
    • By this stage I will have a good understanding of what you are looking to achieve and where you are currently at.
    • We can use this information to agree upon some suitable goals and I can give you an idea of timescales and what results you can expect.
  • Step 4: We start making your dream a reality
    • I will design a programme, based around your unique needs to get you the best results as quickly as possible.
    • We can train in the gym, at your home or outdoors. Wherever you are most comfortable!
    • I will be there every step of the way to motivate and encourage you.
    • Inbetween our sessions I am available to answer any questions and help keep you on track.

Where Will We Train?

It is very important to me that you feel confident and enjoy your personal training so I will train you where ever it suits you.

Some of my clients start their training at home and when they feel more confident and the sun is shining we go outside – it’s really up to you.

I am fortunate to be one of the personal trainers working from the New Energy Gym in central Winchester. It is a lovely, friendly modern gym which prides itself on great customer service.

Your Home

Personal training at your home in Winchester

Many of my clients can’t stand the thought of exercising in a busy gym or going outside to train. If this is you too please don’t worry, I can bring the gym to you. We can achieve exactly the same things at your home that we can achieve in a gym.

I can bring all of the equipment you need and ou don’t need a lot of room, just enough space to lie down and maybe jump without banging your head!

The most important thing is that you exercise where you feel comfortable and relaxed.

The Great Outdoors

Some of my clients like to mix things up and combine training at home and outside when the sun is shining.

Winchester is a beautiful city with some stunning outdoor spaces to train in.

If you are up for a challenge we can run up and down St. Catherine’s Hill and take in the amazing views at the top.
